Maria has a background of over 15 years in holistic wellbeing, originally training as a Reflexologist.

Whilst on her own healing journey, caring for her young family and elderly parent, she discovered Sound Healing, which had an enormous supportive, transformative effect on her. This sparked a deep calling to train to Practitioner level, to enable her to work sensitively, intuitively and therapeutically, to share the beautiful ways that Sound can help us heal on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.

Now a fully qualified Integral Sound Practitioner, AOR Reflexologist and Reiki Master, her treatments change each session to your needs and desired outcomes, flowing from one modality into another seamlessly.

The highest of confidentiality is kept, with deep respect for your personal circumstances.

Over the years, Maria has helped clients with physical issues such as overcoming cancer, aches and pains, arthritis, digestive complaints, headaches/migraines, hormonal imbalances, menopause, fertility, pregnancy and post birth.

She has supported clients through the transition and transformation from deep grief/loss, depression, stress, anxiety, and stuck relationships, helping them move forward to a positive, empowered place in their lives’.

Every session is sensitively guided at your pace. The wonderful thing about these sessions is there is no need to ‘talk out’ your whole life story, great change can happen quickly and easily through the subtle energy in the body willing to release the past. Our conscious mind does not need to be engaged whilst this process happens.

Maria welcomes you regardless of gender or age, to find a space for peace, deep relaxation and calm in her sessions.

My Qualifications

I am a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist, and a member of the Association of Reflexologists, (the foremost independent professional Reflexology Association).

I hold an additional Diploma in Fertility, Pregnancy, and Post pregnancy Reflexology, and had further training in Advanced Spinal techniques, Aromatherapy for the Feet, Resiliency skills (support through anxiety and stress), Reflexology for the Menopause and Access Bars.

I am a Reiki Master, obtaining my Masters certificate with June Meagher.

I have completed my Level 1 Integral Sound Healing Multi Instruments, and
Level 2 Diploma in Integral Sound Healing with individual clients through the Sound Healing Academy (the leading Sound Healing trainers in UK, USA, Australia and West Europe)
