I regularly hold small Sound Baths providing a deeply tranquil space for you to enjoy relaxation, letting go of daily worries, allowing the sounds to gently soothe, rebalance, restore and energise your body, mind and soul.

Regular intimate Sound Baths for up to 13 people. Comfy floor mats, sheepskins, eye masks and bolsters provided. Every 1st Wednesday and every 3rd Thursday of the month. 7 to 9pm.
