Corporate Wellbeing

Your Employees Are Your Greatest Resource.

A completely different kind of workplace wellbeing experience.

Your team doesn’t need another presentation about stress.
They don’t need another task to add to their already busy day.
And they certainly don’t need to be told to “relax”.

They simply need space to pause and take a breath.

For 60 minutes, I take your team out of the pace and mental noise of the working day and create an immersive experience where they can pause, reset and reconnect.

They turn up. I take care of everything.

RESET • RE-FOCUS • RE-IMAGINE

RESET
We begin by creating a transition away from the working day.
Through guided breathing, intention and sound, your team is invited to put down the mental load they’ve been carrying and arrive fully in the room.
Then the sound begins.
Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, therapeutic tuning forks, chimes, gongs, soft drums, and gentle vocals are carefully layered to create an immersive experience that encourages stillness and deep rest.
There is nothing to achieve.
Nothing to learn.
Nothing to get right.
They simply receive.

RE-FOCUS
When the noise quietens, something changes.
When we’re constantly responding to deadlines, emails, decisions and demands, there can be very little space left for reflection or fresh thinking.
A genuine pause gives the mind an opportunity to step away from the immediate problem and gain perspective.
To breathe.
To think.
To notice.
To create space around the thoughts that have been occupying it.
A reset isn’t time away from productivity.
Sometimes, it is what makes better thinking possible.

RE-IMAGINE
This is where my sessions go beyond a traditional sound bath.
I bring your team back from the experience through guided intention-setting.
Rather than simply ending with relaxation, we create a moment to consider:
What do I want to focus on?
What do I want to create?
What would I like to move towards?

This can be individual or collective, depending on your team’s needs and the intention behind the session.

What Makes My Sessions Different?

I don’t simply arrive with a few singing bowls and play them for an hour.
I create an experience.
Every session is thoughtfully designed around your team, your environment and your intention for bringing wellbeing into the workplace.
Perhaps they have been through an intense period and need to decompress.
Perhaps you’re beginning an important project and want to create space for fresh thinking.
Perhaps your employees are working at full capacity and need a genuine opportunity to switch off.
Or perhaps you simply want to give everyone something meaningful and memorable that makes them feel valued.

You tell me what your team needs.
I’ll create the experience.

You Are In Experienced Hands.

I’ve spent nearly two decades holding space working with people in deeply personal and transformational spaces.

Through my training with the world-leading Sound Healing Academy, as well as personal mentorship with one of the founding teachers, I have a deep and unique understanding of the practical application of sound, far above the usual level of training other sound practitioners have acquired.

But qualifications only tell part of the story.
My greatest skill is holding space for people, and experience matters when you’re inviting an entire team into something unfamiliar.

Your Workplace. Your People. Your Intention.

Every session is created specifically for your team.
Before the event, we’ll talk about what you’d like the experience to achieve.

Your session might be:

  • A monthly wellbeing reset  – A regular opportunity for your team to step away from the demands of the working day.
  • A team wellbeing experience – Something meaningful and memorable for a team day, away day or employee wellbeing programme.
  • A creative reset – A chance to create mental space before an important project, period of growth or change.
  • Support during a demanding period – A simple way to give your people permission to pause when the pressure is high.

I bring the instruments.
I create the experience.
I hold the space.

Everyone simply turns up.

Why Sound?

Sound offers something beautifully simple for today’s workplace. It doesn’t require employees to talk about what’s troubling them.
They don’t need to be experienced meditators.
They don’t need to learn another technique.
They don’t need specialist equipment.
They simply need somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down — and permission to pause.

For people carrying additional pressures outside of work, including family responsibilities, life transitions such as menopause, the opportunity to step away from constant stimulation can be particularly valuable.

The wider evidence based around sound wellbeing interventions continues to develop, with research exploring their potential role in areas including stress, relaxation and mental workload.

In 2024/25, an estimated 22.1 million working days were lost in Great Britain due to work-related stress, depression or anxiety.

The reality is that people cannot operate at full capacity indefinitely without opportunities to recover. And when we create space for people to pause, we create an opportunity for them to return with a different quality of energy, attention and perspective.

Sometimes the most valuable thing you can give your team isn’t another strategy for doing more, it’s space to recalibrate.

I’d love to hear about your organisation and what you’re looking for.

We’ll have a free, no obligation discovery call where we can talk about your team, your workplace and what you’d like to achieve from the experience. I’ll explain exactly how a session works and suggest how I would tailor it for everyone.

Your people give their energy to your business every day.
Give them somewhere to replenish it.

Let’s create something memorable for your team.
