Thank you for booking a space for our monthly ‘Inner Peace Sound Bath’.

Dedicating some well-deserved time for your body, mind and soul to deeply relax holds many benefits, and enable us to function better throughout the following weeks afterwards.

Here’s Everything You Need To Know…

Please bring:-

Yoga mat
Blanket(s)
Pillow
A drink to hydrate afterwards
Slipper socks
Eye mask is optional

Wear warm comfortable layers. As you relax your body will cool down, so it’s important to stay warm. Some people like to bring hot water bottles in the colder months.

If you find it difficult lying on a floor, or have back issues, I have a limited number of air mattresses and zero gravity chairs available on request prior to the evening. Or alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own, but please let me know so I can allocate the space.

WINTER TIME (GMT) : Doors open 2.45pm, Prompt start at 3pm.
SUMMER TIME (BST) : Doors open 6.45pm, Prompt start at 7pm.

Booking Location – All Stretton Village Hall, Batch Valley, All Stretton. SY6 6JR. (Easily found on Google Maps). There is parking for 20 cars. The hall has disabled access.

These Sound baths are run in service to the community, taking up a huge amount of time in admin, preparation and energy holding the space. £1,000’s of my own money has been invested to ensure I have the best training and instruments for the best experience and healing outcomes. The average cost for Sound Baths elsewhere are £15 – £20, so if you can support me further, any funds placed in my donation tin on the night will go towards new instruments to enrich our experiences further.

Cancelation Policy:-

If you need to cancel your space, please give a minimum of 72 hours notice so I can re-advertise.

Please note- Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances at my own discretion, and will not be issued after the 72 hours period. Thank you for your understanding.
