Deep Healing Session

If you’re feeling stuck in life, run-down, out of balance, or experiencing loss, stress, or anxiety, the deep healing session is for you.

The session is 2 hours, allowing up to 1.5hrs on the couch receiving a combination of either Reflexology, Reiki, or Sound Therapy.

We begin with space and time for you to discuss anything which is affecting your life (please note: I am not a trained counsellor, but do offer Life coaching during this part of the session), ending on what positives you wish to embody into your life moving forward.

We then discuss together how you would like the treatment, so you are at the heart of every step, choosing the instruments I use (Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, gong, drum, Koshi chimes, or my voice), or if you wish to receive more hands on therapies.

We may, for instance, decide to use Tuning Forks softly near the ears to calm any mind chatter, followed by Himalayan bowls around the body, working on a cellular level, to support your immune system and bio field. Tuning forks may be used on the body for any aches and pains, reducing tension and promoting nerve messaging to reduce pain levels. We may then end with Reflexology to aid your sleep patterns or to bring your systems into Homeostasis, followed by softly played Koshi chimes to gently bring you back into consciousness.

Before you leave, there is time for any aftercare suggestions, helping you move forward and implement positive change into your daily life, so you can move forward with more ease, flow and optimism.

Please note– The deep healing session is only available to returning clients, so that I can responsibly understand how your body reacts to a session, easing the energetic body into the deeper work gradually, avoiding any possible side-effects.
